RC is great, perk and Employee Engagements. I believe that there are a lot of opportunities. Great Pay, Mentorship and Career advancement. It is quite unfortunate that all of those opportunities are not on my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good thing that there are a lot of Engagement activities that I enjoy.
What makes you most happy at work?
Thinking while working. Other function of my job, makes me think and showcase my skills.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to do more jobs. I just feel so unfair given by lot of tasks while they don't.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For my Direct Manager, we are relatively new together. He's been my manager for 4months, and so far we're doing great. as for the ExeCom of my Department. I'm disappointed because they don't have succession planning for their teams. They don't invest in their team's growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt deeply undervalued in my position. People from within our department are paid twice as much as I received but doing 3 to 4 times less than I do. Most of the time they just play games and watch Netflix/Youtube on their phones and laptop. No action is taken from ExeCom
