I love coming to a fun culture and an environment that allows me to accomplish my goals and work the way I work best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a fair and transparent commissions. I use my wife's benefits over RingCentral because they are free but hearing from my peers it is good and fairly priced.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the energy and culture my direct team and every RingCentral employee brings everyday. I haven't worked somewhere ever were so many people want to go to work everyday. ZERO COMPLAINTS.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the outward and inward thinking all around. We have a lot of great people here and I feel we only hire the best. Its tough to get into RingCentral because we have a standard of excellence that every employee possesses.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are progressive and employee thinking. I love the amount of support we get everyday. Things as simple as a catered lunch everyday and company get together to celebrate our successes. Recognition is shown everyday and no one's success goes unnoticed.
