I feel excited to work here, love that we are growing and have opportunities for grow and hard work is rewarded. The benefits are great. The one area of improvement is work life balance, as I could use additional employees to support my work, but overall I am very happy and thankful to be part of RC
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have been given pretty regular pay increases, the stock has performed amazingly, and the health benefits are great for my family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all mostly on the same page, we adjust well for how fast we are growing and all of the new people we are hiring.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are doing a great job growing the company and making us leaders in the market. They invest in the product and people. They communicate strategy well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am transitioning to a new team at the moment, so would be easier to speak about my previous customer marketing team. They are a very dedicated, hard-working and smart team. We all work together very well, and our skill sets complement each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the work I do. I think it is interesting and challenging and also makes a direct impact on the business. I like that as a growing company there are lots of opportunities for growth to take on new roles, and I feel my hard work has been rewarded. Being the the market leader is exciting too.
