Overall I love this company. I feel that some communication issues are apparent. I see daily that some people work very hard and others can slack off through the day and not one notices the difference. I feel that customers should be number one priorty and sometimes that falls short.

Time management, staying active, and more communication in office.

Make my own daily schedule, work at my pace, set my own goals, and not being micro-managed.
