My overall experience with RC has been great. I never feel myself venting and eager to start working. My only insight would be that I would like to be engaged more in the new developments of EV, the strategies and the ability to assist.

the flexibility and no micro management.

I really like being able to learn new things.

i feel comfortable reaching out to them when I have questions

not sure at this time. I have not used them as of yet
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it is a really easy place to reach out and talk to new co-workers. Having lunch together is such a treat, not just the money you save but the friendship you forge.
