I enjoy RC and all its perks and the quality of the product that we sell. I wish there was more remote opportunities for the BDR since we sell a product that allows us to work from anywhere. Overall great company, atmosphere, coworkers and product.

Everybody seems happy and the benefits/ environment is low pressure, high results.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The closeness of the team. This job is tough and having good teammates makes it easier to hit and have a good time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With this new compensation change, the change was explained poorly and left most of my colleagues and myself confused. We were shorted on a paycheck when that change was made and nobody can answer when we will get that lost $ paid back. I wasn't a fan of the quarterly commission change either.
