I struggle to think of things or ways RingCentral could improve. This company is outstanding and I have nothing but positive things to say. My only negative feedback would be that reimbursement for phone bills for and internet are too low to compensate for the real cost of them

Good cooperation between members. Members share information and help each other as needed. Team members are very friendly and kind
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great pay, great stock bonus, great regular bonus and very good health insurance. The ability to work from home is very important to me .
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide clear communication, they actively look out for the health and well being of their employees and are always willing to empower and help as needed
What makes you most happy at work?
The freedom to do my job at my pace and complete work the way I want to as long as it meets the deadline. The benefits, my co-workers and the work itself is challenging and enjoyable.
