They are are caring, compassionate, inclusive, fair, supportive. Simply great
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The top earning potential seems limited. I have worked at most of the top software companies in the world (Salesforce, Oracle, VMware etc). The sales reps who exceeded quota at those companies (me included) were able to earn a significant amount more than here ($750k-$1M). No one here makes that
