i love rc, i love what i do and as i mentioned before hope my work will result in 1) rsu being given since at 4 years i have no more 2) paid pto coming back so i can go on vacation with family without working 3) continue being able to work from home

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More RSU's as I no longer receive any and have not had more given with any raise/promotion of substance. Also wish we offered PTO as that impacts going on vacations with family if i have to work to make money.
