inclusion, celebrating growth and diversity, respecting each others personal time, and helping each other be successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are forward thinking and always looking to improve the products we offer to our customers. I like that they try to keep their employees moving in a forward direction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel that my compensation is equalized in the market, and I have concerns with my new compensation model, as I have not yet seen how it may benefit me. That perception may change in the next year once I've had the opportunity to see the new model.
