Ring Central will probably be the longest company that I'll stay. It's changing quite rapidly and has tons of great innovations that are waiting to unfold. There's not a single day that it's dull and boring. Paired with exciting culture of a small company makes Ring Central one of the best place.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy when I get gratification for the work that I've done. The feeling of appreciative for the contributions that I made toward the overall success of the company brings home an achievement and satisfaction that I cannot described.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture here is quite diverse and adaptive. There isn't a strict rules as compared to bigger enterprise companies. Everyone can freely make their decisions or engage upper management. The environment overall is much more relaxed, opened and casual.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team always communicated clearly on where the company is heading or on other hot topic items. They tried to be as transparent as possible and established many bridges for employees to communicate with their upper management so that their voices are heard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While bonuses are well, bonus. It's quite consistent with my entire time here at Ring Central. Other companies may attempt to cut such benefit but only at Ring Central continues to deliver. Other benefits such as transportation credits, carpooling, free breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone are readily available to help not only during business hours but at some odd hours as well. They're knowledgeable and eager to share ideas to make things better. I feel that I can rely on them for help as much as they can rely on me. Overall, everyone is friendly and approachable.
