RingCentral has been the best company I have worked for. From the work environment to the people and its culture, I'm very much satisfied and proud to be with RC.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are considerate of the team members. They find ways to better meet the goal of the program.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
RingCentral practices open-door policy so we are free to speak up or talk to HR if we feel something is not right without having to worry about retaliation from anyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though we are all working from home, we've known each other quite well so the distance is not an issue to help each other out and be as productive as we can be.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The merit increase cut-off was just announced and they told me that my name "went missing" in the final list and that they are investigating what happened because I was included in the draft but for some reason was removed.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's the feeling of being secured with the company even though the business landscape has changed a lot since the onset of COVID-19. We were allowed to work from home and keep our jobs and be with our loved ones in this time of uncertainty. That is something not every company does. Thank you RC!
