I have enjoyed my first few months at RC. The onboarding was incredible, I enjoy the all hands meetings, and my manager is amazing. She sets clear expectations...and I feel like she cares about me as a person. Would recommend any colleague to work here.

Top notch talent and very professional. The team I work with produces high quality work, but still have fun and great to interact with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even as remote employees, RC has found ways to keep their employee base plugged in. As a remote employee I still feel like I have a work family, which is important to me.
