What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody's willingness to help no matter the position they are in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the stock options and this gives incentive to fully invest myself in the company to do my part to help the stock price to continue to rise. Benefits have been great as well
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everybody is very focused and working hard to reach the goals of developing this new department of RingCentral in GSP. Fun to be a part of and see the growth even after a short time here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is very open to helping since there are a lot of details that go into the platform that differ from RingCentral since I'm on the Office@Hand team - Looking forward to meeting some coworkers in person eventually
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help me customers grow their business the best I can. Also, the financial aspect since my wife and I are buying a house. RingCentral is a big part of starting my eventual family from a financial perspective.
