The employees who work here - I love working with the teammembers I do! NO matter what team they are in everyone works together. It's amazing!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is focused on RC's success- no egos here! I've never worked anywhere where people are so collaborative, respectful, kind etc. It's a remarkable place to work!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Oh so many to list! One here I found so special is a quarterly CaRing day. During COVID our execs have decided all of us need an extra day off to rest and recharge. RingCentral is incredible and then some.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They REALLY value employees and treat us so incredibly well! Vlad Schumis is a visionary and has built a culture here unlike anything I've seen in my 33 year career. It's incredible and I feel so blessed to be working here!
