On my observation, Ringcentral is 100% depends on Russia nordigy.ru for everything in technology related. it would be nice to decentralize the dependencies. Also, RC should encourage all employees/contractors to use English as preferred language for better communicate across the teams.

at-lease to the market value would make me feel great.

respect each other, be as a team, work towards the goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Still trying to understand the culture, because it differs between USA and Russia.
What makes you most happy at work?
If i'm able to maintain good work-life balance, It can make me happiness.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Quarterly all hands meeting is a goo thing, so at-least I have some visibility.
