My experience at RingCentral has been one of the best. I have never been led by more talented, personable, kind, and motivating leaders. The collaboration of the company as a whole is something that I am so glad to be apart of. Leadership is always open to new ideas which I really appreciate.

I really appreciate the RSU grants and ESPP.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very personable and just fun individuals. Everyone advocates for each other and wants the whole team to find success, not just themselves.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when my role is dynamic. I like doing different and new things so anytime there is a new opportunity I love being involved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inclusiveness of my coworkers. Our team comradery is unmatched compared to anywhere else I have been and I am so thankful for their role in the company and my employee experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate the transparency of the leadership team. There are obviously things that can't be shared with everyone but they do a great job of sharing what they can to get the entire company on the same page.
