Everyone is of very high caliber, they are experts at what they do and are always available to help. I like the "WIT - Whatever It Takes" attitude in the teams!
They seem to be transparent. If information can be shared, it is shared in a timely manner. They also do follow the open door policy. If they are present and you need to have a discussion with them, they are available.
