Great company, great product, and great leadership. But its been extremely stressful learning without clear guidance from management. Flight School didnt seem tailored to BDRs at all. I love this company but am worried that new Sales/BDR leadership is destroying what was built before they got here.

Super helpful, positive, and hardworking.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting a SAL with a company I have been working on for weeks. Or connecting with my team on our successes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation package? We don't have one in place for 2021 yet. But it seems like they just made it a lot harder to be compensated as a BDR. I am worried but trust leadership will do the right thing.
