I have really enjoyed my time at RingCentral so far. However, I would love to see more women and BIPOC on teams through out the company. GKO was during Black History Month and notably there were 0 Black speakers for the week. That was disappointing to me and the men to women ratio could improve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoyed GKO and their openness through that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love all the different Glip groups you can be a part of.
What makes you most happy at work?
The feeling of completing a project and receiving positive feedback from the clients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy that everyone, for the most part, is respectful of each other and does not put anyone down.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that the premiums are not outrageous and that if we were to have kids down the road I would be allowed paid time off to be there at the birth.
