I started in Nov 2020 and have been getting acclimated to my role. The pace is fast, but I enjoy being busy and feel that I am working to get better everyday. Everyone that I have worked with internally has been very encouraging, supportive, and friendly so I truly enjoy the RC culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
The feeling of accomplishment when I get things on my task list done for my accounts.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel that everyone is willing to help each other and we have a good dynamic on our team. I look forward to our team meetings as they are useful in both knowledge share, and team interaction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Willingness of teammates, my manager, and team lead that will help me work through challenges. I'm fairly new, so learning how to get things done quickly has been a challenge but I really appreciate everyone who has helped me get ramped up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be very down to earth and caring about us as employees. This makes me feel more connected to them and trust in their leadership. Also, I feel that they are willing to help address challenges in order to overcome as a team.
