My experience so far has been great, even though I've been 100% remote and have met no one face to face, which is a great achievement. I feel connected with everyone. I do wish there were more people within the organisation to handle the load, so we can execute on tasks more effectively.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honesty and openness. That there seems to be a culture of helping others wherever possible in many aspects.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone seems to be helpful and kind. People are keen to connect and reach out to assist other team members.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There seems to be a lot of openness and a flatness to the organisation. Freedom to engage people at any level seems to be encouraged.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with a great team. I just wished I was able to spend more time with them, connect with them and see them (I joined during lockdown).
