What are some of the best things about your team?

They experience with their work and that is the best thing I could ask for in a team.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love working from my home office and the ability to still feel connected through Glip & RCV.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Honestly, glip. The ability to create a culture through glip should be part of our sales pitch- Communication & Culture.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem to be very comfortable and playful with each other. Which makes me think they are able to work together effectively.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I did not enjoy the negotiation process during recruitment, I felt under valued and was told things that were not exactly true . I didn't want it to effect my decision as I was excited to join RingCentral, but it was not a good experience and has left me a little sour.
