My first year has been amazing. I started the day we shut down the offices and working from home since day 1 was a challenge at first but the company does so many other types of virtual events outside of work that I was able to really understand the culture of RingCentral.

Diversity and the willingness to help each other and very open to other ideas.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my co-workers and working with Partners and meeting others within RingCentral for the first time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having a global work force really helps drive the culture of the company. Also, our leadership always leads with culture and what is happening each month such as black history month or celebrating women history month....they never lead with results which I find refreshing and shows the culture.
