i am surprised that we have not been asked about what we dont like in the culture. in case you have not noticed, most of everyone at RC is working 12 to 16 hours a day, people are under a lot of pressure and risk of burn out so i strongly recommend someone paying super close attention to that aspect

my teammates and the sense of achievement. we are building something potentially great, changing the culture and processes while evolving the product

they are very involved and genuinely care about what is best for the company. they all seem to check their egos at the door too
