Not good in the first 2 to 3 months due to the sudden and unexpected org re-alignment which impacted me and my staff directly. There should be better planning and execution for change management drives. But, I am in a much better situation now as I have gotten used to the changes.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a pay cut to join RC. I was given the expectation (verbal only) during hiring that I'll make the April focal. It turns out I am not qualified . I was a bit disappointed with this. It would also be great if we can include a yearly Executive Check Up, stock options & retirement plan.
