I like how honest and genuine they are with the team members here at RC
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are collaborative, so helpful and very knowledgeable. Everyone is goes out of their way to help me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
RC embraces culture and diversity. They allow everyone to have a voice and they listen to us and I feel highly valued for that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been here one year and despite hitting plan, my compensation has not been where it was at my last organization. I feel they need to make the quotas much more attainable so that we can get a paycheck monthly instead of waiting 6 months to possibly get one big check. It seems out of alignment.
