No prob. with the company but on the account not good if im being honest, I'll probably end up resigning, the amount of work is just too much, even the skills we are not even trained were handling.
What makes you most happy at work?
When Work force assign the correct skill set to their agent.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They Need to get their system right, everything is all messed up, they are not organized, its seems that everything comes as a surprise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Team is ok, though I have not heard anything from our UM, there are some OT's and VL even though they are being filed on time that are not being approved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the longer we stay in the company the more work, more upskills, more responsibility, but no raise. WE ARE OVERUSED YET UNDERPAID! most in out batch has already resign and there are some who are already planning to.
