Overall, my experience at RingCentral has been great. The culture and people are great. Hopefully, I will get an opportunity to apply for a promotion this year. I have grown a lot since coming to the company and feel I can give even more to RingCentral if given the opportunity.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
RingCentral's leadership continues to keep their eyes set on innovation and improvement of the product suite. This keeps me as an employee engaged and interested in our next steps as a company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager is by far the best part about my team. Josh cares about all of us individually and is fantastic at managing the team so as to be productive, but does not micro manage us. I cannot speak highly enough about Josh Bordner.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working remotely has been really nice. I still work at a high pace and get a ton done so it is really nice to be able to have lunch at home or step out for a walk during a short break. Working from home is really convenient and still highly productive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at RingCentral knows that work/life balance is imperative to our success and to prevent burnout. As mentioned before the pace at which we work is comfortably fast so when it comes time for a break or a day off everyone is in support of that so long as we are getting our work done.
