Company culture affords employees respect while expecting quality work every day. The management trusts the experience and decision-making of the employees, allowing them to take on projects without constantly hovering or correcting.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation package is the incentives however they might also want to venture out looking at improving healthcare benefits and retirement benefits which will greatly help in employee retention.
