I love RingCentral. There have been very tough moments, but overall, my experience has been exceptional. They take of of their employees and make the product increasingly better, which makes it easier to sell. It has been a fantastic company to grow my career in and I'm not sure if I will ever leave

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People's willingness to help and that being honest is a core pillar. Our company also promotes women to show up authentically in the workplace
What makes you most happy at work?
The overall mission of RingCentral and the people that I work with everyday. I love brainstorming new ways to improve our culture, brand, and daily efficiencies
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has continued to make efforts toward brand, cross-department communication, ERGs, investing in product, and finding new ways to invest in employees. They help shape our wonderful and inclusive culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
16 week maternity leave! Also that the HSA insurance is free and RingCentral contributes toward it. Flexible PTO, 401k matching, ESPP, and free meals (when in office) are HUGE perks.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The recruiters slow down the process. Offers are very slow to be sent even after verbal confirmation. Recruiters take days to get back to a candidate and then a different RC recruiter will reach out to the same candidate about a different posting! It's a mess
