I think this is a great place to work and still has a lot of more growth it can accomplish. What I've learned over the last year is, out side of the CSM and Sales org, the rule is people are unwilling to collaborate. Billing and Support are the NUMBER 1 reason we are losing customers.

The RSU's were/ are great
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From my Organization, it's the ability to collaborate and their willingness to get engaged.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're willingness to jump in and learn, and do what ever it takes. Always thinking with a fresh cap on how to resolve old problems in a new way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having never worked in the office, I think the communication that Leadership cares is truly unique. Seeing meetings that are sent out around Mental health and personal care goes a long way.
What makes you most happy at work?
I actually love what I do, and firmly believe in the importance of what we do for the organization. But my boss picking up the phone and just asking me how I'm doing ever so often is huge. And any other manager I work with that is willing to roll up their sleeves and say lets get it done.
