Overall good experience so far. Only negative is management claiming to support work/life balance, but constantly sending glips/action items late into the evening or on weekends. I wish those messages were confined to normal work hours. Lots of opportunity to succeed here.

Always quick to help each other and answer questions. Supportive and encouraging. Smart!
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to - for the most part - set my own schedule and be flexible as needed to support my family life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't know much of the leadership team yet. But the few sales leaders I have met have been very supportive and encouraging in welcoming me to the team.
