So far it has been great. We are pushed and encouraged to learn at our own pace. If you want more, they will give it. If you want less, they gove you less. Most companies don't worry about the mule, they just load the wagon. Woth this company, you're pace is the right pace.

I was shocked and pleased by the amount of bonus we received at the end of this quarter.

Working with a group of people who enjoy getting their hands dirty and helping out. No one is alone on our team.

This team strives for excellence. We may not know everything as one agent, but as a group, we can pretty much solve any issue.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am my happiest when I am able to collaborate with a teammate on a case. I work woth a few people who were hired with me almost daily on both their cases and my own. We share the wealth quite well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have never been with a company where management cares so much about taking care of me, the employee. It's not fear or pressure of upper-management that motivates me to work hard, but rather the pride in knowing that I reflected them and this team in a positive way.
