Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay us what we are worth. Tmobile is not pushing a "Digital Readyness" movemnt. Essentially so the customer can add lines, upgrade etc without us. Mobile experts get paid for 2 years. What happens after thag though? THEY WONT NEED US.
