We've won 7 JD power awards for customer service and we strive towards the best, when a customer calls in and they have an issue with a phone if it's escalated. What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team that's in T-Mobile which also includes me. We make sure and strive towards excellence with everything meaning customer service, retail, customer service, business to business marketing and every other part of our executive team. That's there. I don't understand money lion
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation package is personal and I do not speak it with anyone but I will tell you I get over six figures and I get bonus and commission both at the same time. So basically I get six figures easily and I'm striving towards getting more than that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That all of us work like a beehive. Basically we're all tied together. We all know exactly what needs to be done. We make sure that every single facet of things that need to be taken care of especially exclamations with your company don't do we handle it within 24 hours
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The structure of the company is the business business team. The HR team biz dev and also business to business and our marketing team and also can't leave them out the security team but that's just how it goes with our structure. You guys really need to up your game l
