I am provided with a good compensation package with health benefits for my family.

Being able to deliver ridiculously good support to the team, and help develop the teammates and leaders.

My team is an amazing group of people that work well together. We can rely on each other and build on each other's strengths.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The drive to perform is there, but there is also good recognition provided by leadership for a job well done. The culture is truly alive in this company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When you have an expanded role, that should be compensated especially if you are doing more work than what is expected for the current role that you have.
