What makes you most happy at work?
When I go through the day without a problem in handling calls.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are other companies that pay competitively. Perhaps raising the pay would suffice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is friendly and they work hard. We help each other out just in case we encounter some roadblocks along the way in order to push through or go over it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work as leaders and not as bosses. They understand the situation of everyone that they lead and they are oriented to work with them to tackle and given hurdles or goals along the way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and everyone understand each other since we mostly have the same situations with the company. I also like the diversity of the cultures of all the employees with different backgrounds yet that did not keep the employees from each other.
