An extraordinary bond. Trust. Sincerity. Empathy.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that we are still working from home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing. Not really feeling the people first culture in our campaign.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork. Diversity. Transparency. Not really sure with people-oriented in our campaign.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More incentives or additional allowances. At least an attendance incentive. They tend to add more work but nothing gets added in our salary. Not really fan of performance-based incentives because the audit system in our campaign is full of flaws.
