Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt like i should be compensated more. The fact that i've been staying in this company for four years but getting the same amount of salary made me feel undervalued. We should have an increase without having to have a perfect KPI'S for the whole year in order for us to qualify for an increase.
