What makes you most happy at work?
Aside from the high compensation. It's the feeling of safety. I feel so secure in this company knowing that they always got my back for as long as I do the right thing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A higher basic pay. In this world full of price hikes, we also need a basic pay increase. We are no longer living in the 90's where fair is 1 peso because it's 10x higher now. Other companies offer at least 14k to 18kbasics not including the additional allowance that makes an employee stay.
