Being compassionate, practice gratitude, listening and understanding their employees. Being fair. Professional approach.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Fun to talk with. We help each other and we care for each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They allowed us to work from home and that is the best thing they did and keep doing. Nothing else other than that.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The workload is a lot and not in line to the compensation because other companies offer way better than this with less workload and better work life balance.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The pressure is too much to handle and we feel we are not appreciated at all. They only see what we did wrong and not the efforts we put through. We feel undervalued and undercompensated.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I get to talk to my close friends. This is the only time I am happy at work. When we talk to each other, it kind of feels that the workload is lesser than it looks.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team has dedication and the willingness to be on top. However it lacks teamwork and fairness. It should be one team one goal. Nobody should be left feeling behind. We need to help each other to achieve the team's goal.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Few to none appreciation and acknowledgement. They always see the negative side. Too much pressure and expectation coming from the management. Too much workload and not fairly compensated. Aside from compensation, please bring back pay per promiter for extra income, or some other incentives.
