The Company itself, The Management, The Leaders are all well maybe it's just the other teammates or SME who doesn't get the real meaning of how important Mental Health is. But above all everything is perfect and also the site of office are awesome even their amenities too.

Pls add more paid leave for the tm's just like how they provide for the team leaders and we can't even use our UL due to the changes our HR Managements requires, like they only wanted for us to use our UL only in life or death situations like what abt if we or our kids are sick? pls be considerate

Taskus is awesome tbh but It's also lacking in some other points. Hope that they would give us the things we needed and voice out. Raise, More PL and SL, Optical Reimbursement, Monthly Vitamins, Bigger Lockers PLEASE

we still didn't recieved our triple pay holiday pays and also our night diff.

We need Optical Reimbursement, Monthly Supplies for Vitamins, and Bigger Locker please cause it's too much hassle to be honest

If possible they should make 2 paid leaves every month so that every teammate have more time to unwind out of town.

They provide our need when it comes to questions about our incentives and stuuf. And they never fail to be transparent to us regarding about the changes in our Line of Business
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Management always imply how our Mental health is the the top priority of the company and that we should also be taken cared of in times of emergencies. ex: typhoons etc.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My current team doesn't understand the things ive been going through lately especially because im having my Panic attack or mental breakdown at the office And after it happen i'm okay that they make the breakdown into verbal jokes but the thing that im not okay is they're doing the reenactment ofit
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well it's a great thing to have a free wellness whenever I'm having a Panic Attack but I would loved to be move to a different LOB with a WFH set up. Cause I got Depressive Episodes or panic Attacks Whenever I'm onsite but I get by sometimes cause I have my Medications.
What makes you most happy at work?
The Shadowing with the Clients, because that is the only time of the month or year that I can voice out what do we need as the front liners of workers here in TaskUs. I'm also looking forward for any Increase in our payslip. We badly need a raise especially nowadays everything isn't cheap as before
