Its the best of the worst out there. You can feel like that the company care for you but are held back by their employers. They used to have raffles, team outting, and potlucks but the more we grew the less fun stuff we did and more work focus we became. TaskUs grade it overall 6/10

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company had to let go alot of people and they are stacking so much work on us that some of us are triple skilled because we need to cover for those we lost. We need more people hire to work instead of making their employees carry the whole company on their backs.
