everything is good so far except for: Please provide phone number for HR Dept especially those that verifies employment of your TMs. i already had two instances wherein it got me on the bad side just because these 3rd parties were unable to verify my employment with TU. thanks

atleast have some 1 on 1 with your subordinates once in a while
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
they dont question if i go on vacation leave as long as it is filed within the allowed time
