It was great for the first few years, team outings and just the moral of the company was amazing!! Recently is has declined, we are about to get laid at the end of 2022, everyone just drags into work now. No pay raise and many seem depressed at work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We are getting laid off, another massive layoff so what else can be better?! TSK.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people who work there, the people such as my friends make it manageable to work there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The laughter's, how our morals are aligned, the way we feel about towards this company , how we connect and help each other out.
What makes you most happy at work?
Going in to see my friends, the work is horrible. Training didn't teach us much and made our jobs difficult. Honestly the friends I have created here, make work so much happier but we are getting laid off so I will miss them deeply.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
YES!!! No extra perks for being at this company for so long, few months shy of 5 years. Received a pay raise of 18 cents, 18 cents!!! in the last 3 years. Give the people the pay they deserve!!! Life is tough, we all need some help.
