It really gives me a thrill since I work here at TaskUs as my first BPO company. But as time goes by, I can say that, TU is one of the best companies that I will be forever cherish since they always make sure about the "People First" esp during Odette. They make sure that we are secured and safe.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was not paid the same as my co-QA during our interim period knowing that both of us have the same deliverables.

The most positive about the culture and environment in our company is that we are active, participative and of course people first company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like the best about the leadership team is that they always listen to everyone's thoughts/ideas. They let others speak first, listen to what may be the possible answer & possible resolution that they may provide with. Lastly, they always make sure that their teammates are all in good hands.
