It started with an upsetting experience but after that, the inspiration to move forward. It is not easy at first. I can say, I share my own tears, sweat, and pain. It's like a roller coaster Afraid at first, there's the curve of going down but so with the up and excitement there started when you reach the top and just circling in the middle. TaskUs will be my first BPO and last. I can't ask for more. Will stay here until my services is needed

When every one of us make sure we hit the goal and when our Supervisor work with us with a cool and inspiring mood

TEAMWORK We help each other and readily assist a tm when needed. We are friends and treated each other with respect. We play while we work

They prioritizes teammates well-being, offers support at all levels of needs and has policies that encourage respect for all types of gender, trust and support at work
What makes you most happy at work?
Advance salaries, TLs and Teams that have only one thing in mind: work and play, help and support, cool and fun while on shift. We have the best teammates, TLs and OMs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable, fair and just, support teammates emotionally, physically, financially and every workwise. They mentor us to enhance our skills, be competitive and learn every aspect to ensure we can also be a leader someday.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
receiving salary regularly early and on time is already best for me I received huge amount for as CSAT incentive - wish it will be in a form of money next time and not Voucher. Hoping for my 4th year to receive an increase in salary.
