Interacting with my teammates and getting paid, of course.

I like that they always want to hear from their people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our workload is poorly distributed. I hope they look into it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The inflation is so high but they don't even realign our salary with the current standard. So pitiful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been in the company for over six years now, and I felt underappreciated as a tenured employee. There are no additional perks nor significant increase. Simply terrible. I'm quite jealous when I see employees in other BPO companies that are being recognized for their loyalty and tenurity.
