Allowing us to be ourselves and letting us be creative, by doing events that will shine all talented employees that will otherwise not shine on other normal companies.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I am not as stressed compared to my previous company. That I can work better than I did before because I have enough rest and the pacing of my work isn't out of control.
